Hi there, Lynne. When matching Shopify deposits to QuickBooks, you'll need to connect your Shopify account first. Once connected, QuickBooks will automatically create the transactions, and you can match them right away in your bank feeds.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. On the left side panel of your account, click Apps to integrate Shopify.
3. Click Find apps, then search for Shopify.
4. Once found, click the app and click Get app now.

After setting up, you can go to your bank feed, then locate the transactions and click them to match them to the Shopify transactions.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear. My Shopify account is linked already but there are hundreds of sales transactions sitting in there unreconciled. How do I reconcile them? It isn’t as easy as mathching them as the payments have fees and refunds taken off before they reach out bank account.
