I am trying to send my first invoice, a pop up keeps showing saying I need internal approval? How can I solve this please? I am the only person that has access

You can easily turn off the invoice workflow approval in the Workflow automation menu, @hi90.

 

Here are the steps to guide you through the process in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

 

  1. Navigate to the Workflow automation menu.
  2. Access the My Workflows tab.
  3. Locate the specific invoice workflow.
  4. Click the Switch button from the On/Off column.
  5. Check the invoice box that needs approval and click Approve.
  6. Select Continue and hit Done.

It’s a bug in IOS app.

 

Worflow only exists in Quickbooks Advanced, so this message shouldn’t appear at all in Quickbooks Plus etc.
