Please can anyone advise me on how to customise the invoices so that they fit nicely onto A5 paper? Also, is there a way to insert a page break please? Thanks Nicki

You are seriously limited to any form of editability with QBO across the board. We're all new to this QBO and it's hidious to say the least :(

Hello there, Nicki.
I understand your frustration with the customization of the invoice templates in QuickBooks and the difficulty in getting them to fit nicely on an A5 page. It's important for your invoices to have a professional appearance and for items to be listed together without any formatting issues.
Having this feature would be great. However, Let's send your feedback to our Product Development team. This will be given a chance to be evaluated. Gear icon> Feedback.
Alternatively, can utilize a third-party application that helps you get his done. You can find the right apps on our website:
- Go to this link: QuickBooks Apps.
- You can select a specific category under the Categories section.
- Then, make sure to review the key benefits and FAQs.
- Once done, click the Get app now button.
I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing sales templates: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
If you have more concerns about QuickBooks, please don't hesitate to post them here. We always want to hear from you. Take care and have a good one.

Sadly, "Customization", let alone "Configuration" of all forms is extremely limited with QBO.
QB Desktop allowed for so much more Customization and configuration - ALL lost within QBO.
You are told you can upload forms previously used for years - sadly not a single form successfully uploaded. I wish I had utilized the trial period before switching - If you are thinking of switching over to QBO - Investigate, and validate before making the switch otherwise, you might be very disappointed.
I have seen way too many responses "Let's send your feedback to our product development team.."
A simple solution would have been for PD to carry over "basic" but widely used functionality...
