How can I remove the VAT column when creating a new invoice as it requires me to select the VAT per line item? The VAT column is unticked under custom form styles.

VAT
I've got some information for you, @hein.
You can use the Out of the scope of Tax option as the default tax rate in your Account and settings. This way, you don't need to select a VAT when creating a transaction.
Here’s how:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Select the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
- Click Advanced.
- Press the Pencil icon in the Accounting section.
- Select Out of scope of Tax.
- Click Save after.
