How to have the GST 9% reflected display on invoices? Currently it shows only "GST TOTAL" I need the 9% to be stated on invoice

According to government regulations, we need the 9% figure to be stated on all invoices. Currently it only displays GST TOTAL and not GST 9%. How do I solve this?

Hello there, Evinna.

 

To comply with government regulations, you can ensure the GST 9% tax rate will reflect on your invoice by enabling the GST summary in the Custom Form Style setting of your existing invoice template.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. In the Your Company tab, select Custom form styles.
  3. Select the existing template. (If there is no existing template, you can create a new one by selecting New Style, then Invoice.)
  4. Click the Content, select the footer, or the Pencil icon of the third box.
  5. Put a check mark for the GST summary.
  6. Then click Done.

Once done, it will show the GST 9% summary on the invoice with the calculation.
