Refile error

Adjustment made to T1 Business Section. Refile error message re. Authorization Level 2. Efile help desk confirmed I have Level 2 and suggested problem is with program provider.

ReFILE

Hi,

There maybe a warning in the auditor saying a  level 2 authorization is required.  This is just a warning to mention level 2 authorization is required. ProFile does not check to see if you have a level 2 authorization. You can complete a  preparer sign off and the return should be eligible for e-file.
