There are transactions that I have categorised but are not showing up in the reconciliation screen

EOFY and Reconciliation
I want to ensure you'll be able to reconcile your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mohammed-infinan.
When reconciling, compare the list of transactions on your bank statement with what's in QuickBooks. Once done, we can manually reconcile the transaction in the bank register. This way, the balance shows up on the reconciliation page in QBO.
As for your concern, let's check that we entered the correct ending Ending date. Since the transactions dated beyond the Ending date will not appear on the reconciliation page. You can click the Edit info button to verify and edit it, then Save. Also, toggle the filter to All so that you'll see all transactions that need to be reconciled including payments and deposits.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend checking the transaction manually if it's posted to the correct account.
