EOFY and Reconciliation
Hello there, @maags1950-gmail-.
I can help you verify why the bank figures and actual ones don’t match. Then, fix them accordingly.
Several factors may cause the bank figures and actual figures not to match. See the possible reasons below if your bank register balance in QuickBooks Online doesn’t match your actual bank balance:
- Outstanding transactions
- New transactions for a connected account
- Duplicate transactions
- Edited or deleted transactions
- Credit card (liability) account
If verified, you can correct them manually depending on the scenario. You can delete the duplicate transactions or recreate the deleted ones.
However, please also take note that our program is dependent on what your bank shares. The bank and QuickBooks balances may not match because of the manually created transaction.
