Magtek card reader
I have been using the Magtek card reader with the Intuit merchantcenter for years with no problem. Starting 2 weeks ago every card I swipe is being declined. If I key them in no problem. I tried 2 card readers on 3 different computers with the same result. I was sent a new Magtek which I knew wouldn't fix the problem and I was correct. When swiping all relevant info is populated into the proper fields, it just gets declined. And these declines do not show up in the history. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with intuit with no resolution. I do not want to use a reader connected to an app on my phone. What is the problem???
