Hi @WirtzElectric,

Deleting a payment in a deposit depends on how it was entered in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

If it was manually entered in the application, you can edit the deposit to remove that specific payment from the transaction. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Lists menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Open the account where the deposit was posted.
3. Double-click the deposit and select the specific payment in the list.
4. Click Edit on the top menu bar and choose Delete Line.
   

    

If the deposit was a lump‑sum synced from your bank, you won’t be able to remove a single payment from it. Instead, you’ll need to delete the whole deposit and recreate it with the correct payments.
