I am so sorry to hear you had to experience that from a company hired to HELP

Small businesses not create financial hardships.

I am on this thread because my business is going through this nightmare currently after almost 10yrs of doing business with QB’s online & merchant services. It’s been 2months for them to “verify my identity” due to updating my phone number & adding a QBs checking (which wasnt funded due to THEM having a suspension on my client payments), then they charged my nsf fees lol 

 

I found another merchant services that are eager to get our business & communication has been top tier. I hope things worked out for you, thank you for sharing
