Thank you for the reply.

Not having issues with the $25k per transaction cap.  As a matter of fact we have paid much more than that per transaction.

I have gone to the help icon via our account and left 3 separate messages to have someone contact me "in 5 minutes".   I was even given ticket numbers for each.  No calls ever came in.

The representatives that did reply via the chat all said this was beyond their scope and I had to choose the option to have someone call me.

 

Trust me, I've spent hours on trying to get a satisfactory answer.

This is completely ridiculous.

Maybe you can supply me with the phone number of the department that can help me figure this out.

That would be very helpful.
