Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?
Does QB Online have any capabilities to pay Vendor Bills using ACH payments. We currently use Bill.com but are unhappy with the inability to sync credits.

Bill Pay within QuickBooks Online is now available through our partnership will Bill.com. You can now pay vendors directly using ACH or have paper checks mailed for you, directly inside of QuickBooks.

This link requires a password. Can I see the page without a password? How do users activate this from within QBO? App center for Bill.com has only the original $39 plan.

The link will ask you to log into your QuickBooks account. If you are already logged in, just copy the link and paste it into the browser window in which you have QuickBooks loaded. My recommendation is to log into QuickBooks first and then copy and paste the link. Please respond here if you have anymore questions.

I would like to share this page with a potential client who does not have QBO. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, they will not be able to see the page without logging into QuickBooks. What info would you like to share with them as I may be able to point you to a press release or FAQ.

Can you set up recurring monthly payments of the same amount?

At this time, no. You would still need to log in and click to pay the bill. I will bring this to the product team for a future enhancement.

Thanks for the answer. I would think you could set up a reminder of a bill using the built-in reminder feature in QBO (Recurring Transaction) and then click to pay. Right? About the info required: just general info, any press release or FAQ would be great.

You are exactly right. You can create a recurring bill, then just log into QuickBooks when you get the reminder and check off the bills you want to pay under pay bills online. Super simple.

Well you get the reminder from within QBO, so you'd already be logged on. Thx for the link. that's perfect.

Ok, if you already have the bill.com app, you will need to contact them to have them cancel your $39 account and detach your app. Then, you will be able to use the link to signup for the $9.99 integration for bill pay. I would verify with them the features you may be using in your current bill.com account prior to canceling just to make sure you won't lose any functionality you are using.
To contact bill.com, just sign into your bill.com account and click help or support and look for the link to chat with them.

What do I ask them for? I talked to a sales person and he directed me back to Intuit to resolve the issue.

hi there - this is great. Quick question - do qbo accountants get any pricing discounts? Asking because my clients are already on my wholesale billing, so I wanted to check before we add this functionality to their company... thanks!

At this time, Accountants do not get any pricing discounts for Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online. Accountants do get a pricing discount for the full version of bill.com that is located on apps.intuit.com.

What is the $9.99 service? The only option I can find is $39/month for Bill.com.
