I can see how beneficial this could be for you and your business. However, the best way to get the results you want is to manually send out these invoices. It's a manual process rather than an automatic option. 

I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider improving this feature in the near future. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Tap the Feedback option.
3. Enter your suggestions.
4. Hit next to submit your feedback.

However, unfortunately, this is a solution that we need ASAP. Is it possible to use a third party integration to achieve this automated sending of the invoices?

The Apps menu is where you find other QuickBooks products and third-party applications. As we are unable to provide a specific recommendation, choose the best one that suits your business needs by going to this page. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select the Apps tab on the left navigation bar.
3. Go to the Find apps tab.
4. Search for the app you wish to connect to in the magnifying glass bar, or the Browse category dropdown to search for an app by category.
