I just got a call from a customer that says she will not use an insecure site to make a payment. I sent myself a test invoice and went to pay it, and low and behold, NOT SECURE.
The answers from QB experts above is unsatisfactory. No one is going to go through all those steps just to pay their bill.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.
