I second dflo16.
Does intuit really think that a *customer* is going to try to troubleshoot this? They're just going to reach out to us directly and ask for an alternate payment method, which at least partially defeats the automated invoicing & self-pay features that we're paying fees for.
We just moved to using intuit invoicing last October and it's been nothing but terrible since then. I am ASTONISHED that a SECURITY ISSUE is being brushed off like this.
Do better, Intuit. Do. Better.
