After submitting your last pay run for FY23-24 you'll have to make sure to submit a Finalisation Event to the ATO. Let me guide you how to:
- Click on the Payroll tab.
- Click on Reports.
- Click on Single Touch Payroll.
- Click on Start Finalisation Process.
- Select a Financial year and Pay schedule.
- Click on Next. All employees will show in the report with their year-to-date figure. Confirm your payroll data and follow the prompts.
- Click on Lodge Finalisation Event.
Once done, you can check your ATO account and verify if the finalisation event is showing now.
