Then, follow these steps to request for a callback. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM AEST:

1. Click on the Help menu.
2. Click on Contact us. 
3. Enter Convert from Xero to QBO in the field and click on Let's talk.
4. Choose Get a callback.
