Not explored other options but pretty disappointed by the money grab. We paid for a full years subscription in advance including payroll and they subsequently just removed part of the subscription we paid for and charge us more money...

These features provide no value at all to us.

What was valuable to us was you providing the services to your customers which supported their decision to use your organisation in the first place and that they have already paid for.

Included payroll and a desktop app....

I did not want nor ask for any new options.. I have chosen the quickbooks package that suits me and just like others - I have paid for it in advance for 12 months.

I dont want to pay extra for you to develop new apps - pay for them yourselves if you want to develop something! - Then if people want to use them - they will pay extra to have them included in their package!

they would send u 1k settlement with this dispute

this is not first time quickbook suddenly jumped up the price
