Display blank (Not $0) for sales price of Products/Services?
How do I display a blank for sales price instead of $0 for Products/Services? I set them all up the same, but for some reason only 1 Service shows up with a blank, which is how I want it.

I’m here to share some information with you, @accountantbynight.
When creating an item, QuickBooks Online will automatically set a zero amount if you leave the Sales price/rate and Cost section blank. Only the Products and Services List page will display blank.
You can remove the figure manually when recording a transaction associated with this item. This way, it shows blank on the Transaction page. Please see the screenshot below:
If you’d like to import a list of your products and services or change the item type, you can use these resources for complete instructions:

Hi, @accountantbynight. Thank you for the screenshot, it gives me a clearer view of your concern.
The Service item will only show blank if you haven't entered any digit on its sales price when saving it the first time. The ones on the screenshot show that it has been edited, that's why it displays zero.
I see that this will benefit other users as well. I encourage you to send a suggestion by clicking on the Gear icon and choosing Feedback.
