It's my priority for you to get the PDF Supplements for the certification exam, haunalumpkin7-g.

At this time, we can't send you the PDF file, however, you can access and print them in the Training & certification history section. This allows you to download and print badges and certificates from there. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant US.
2. Click ProAdvisor from the left menu. Then, you'll see all the certifications available to you.
3. Tick the Training tab.
4. Select Training & certification history to access the previous certification. 
5. If you're looking for a current certification, badge, or exam, just choose Certified. Then, press the Download Badge or Download Certificate option.

First of all previous poster, part of QB team, is that a disconnect on your part to explain how to download badges, when we're talking about training guides?

Second of all, I agree with another previous poster about the QB Online training. Personally I prefer the Desktop softare  "what's new" certification process with videos of Laura explaining and demonstrating the new feature set can watch any time while relaxing, and then one downloads the PDF training guide from the website anytime. 

Now I understnad that with QB Online "what's new certifcations, there are 3 options, the online work-through training, the 3 hour online seminar, and during the seminar time, one can download the PDF's (supplemental guides). Personally I need all 3 to pass the exam and keep my skills up to date as a QB online consultant.

If you need any certification PDF guides I might have them and will share them with you. Be well!

Allow me to provide you with some information about the PDF Supplements for the certification exam, Actuals.

For now, we're unable to send you the PDF through email. You'll want to access them in your QuickBooks Online Accountant account. To do this, you can download them by following the steps below: 

1. Go to the ProAdvisor menu.
2. Select the Training tab.
3. Select the Training & certification history link.
4. Find the certification you need.
5. Select the icon in the Certification column.

For your reference, you can also create a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm if you have already an existing user ID. Check out this article for your guide: Sign Up For QuickBooks Online Accountant.

I'm here to provide some information on how to get PDF files for the certification, ready2rope.

As advised, you'll see the course outline by signing in to the QuickBooks Accountant account for free. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Go to the ProAdvisor menu.
3. Hit the Training tab.
4. Tap one of the training course categories.
5. Choose a course and then Start or Resume to continue a course you already started.

Once done, access your ProAdvisor training course and generate a summary of the training lessons and print it.

I would love to receive a copy of those PDFs if you have them. The training material in these modules has zero information in them. They tell you that they are "topics covered in the exam", but they do not provide any of the material for the topics covered in the exam. Who designed this stuff?

Exactly who does it make sense to that the training and study guides needed to pass the exam with are only available after you have passed the exam? Please explain the logic behind this thought process, it simply does not compute to those in the "intelligent life" category. 

Please get it. Nobody wants an outline of the course. That is utterly useless. They want the fully-detailed material that is inside the course that only the PDFs provide. Why on god's green earth was this material removed? Who in your company thought that this was an intelligent idea? It would be extra nice if you'd stop intentionally misunderstanding these questions and provide only the answers to the questions that you are being asked. Hint: the correct answer has nothing to do with any "outlines" anywhere. Fully detailed material only. Hopefully I get to thank you if/when you properly answer this.
