Hello cjhastings,
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Let's start by removing third-party PDF plug-ins (including Adobe's own plug-in) because this assists with troubleshooting printing issues. This allows Safari's own internal PDF viewer to take over as the browser's default PDF handler. Here's how:
- End Safari and open a new Finder window. Choose the Go menu and select Go To Folder.
- Type the following in the field: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/.
- If there are plugins named PDF Browser Plugin.plugin, AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin, or AdobePDFPDE.plugin, move them to the trash or somewhere else on your system. You may need to enter your password to authorize the removal.
- Re-open Safari and sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Try to print the information once more.
If the issue persists, I encourage you to connect with our Support Team to verify the settings and perform other tests through screensharing. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Hit the Contact Us button
- Enter "callback" in the "What can we help you with?" section.
- Select "Let's Talk"
- Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.
The Community and I have your back, so please let me know if you need any additional assistance. I hope you enjoy your day. Be safe and take care.
