With our Intuit Hosting Program, you and your team are able to work from anywhere. Cloud access helps boost productivity and enhance collaboration. You'll be able to store the company file's data on a service provider's server. This allows you to use QuickBooks securely.
The Intuit Hosting Program comes with many great features:
- Automated backups
- Password-protected connections
- Off-site storage (this helps prevent data loss)
You can find more features/benefits listed on our Overview page.

Another option, buy a new subscription of QBD Enterprise license through a partner to get a perpetual discount. Then put your license and company files at your own place by managing your own private cloud or choosing a managed service. Contact us in private for assistance.

Hello, @JCAnde.
Thanks for taking the time to follow along with the thread and sharing your concerns.
We currently have a commercial hosting program you can apply for to become an Intuit-approved hosting provider. This program is designed to help independent professional data centers and remote hosting companies provide hosting services to QuickBooks users.
To learn more about becoming an Intuit-approved hosting provider and to apply for it, check out Commercial Hosting Program.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand. Take care!
