I can see how beneficial it is to your business on having the option to automatically save your invoices and estimates, @165.
As of now, the option to do is currently not possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a way around, you can look for a third-party app the lets you save your invoices and estimates automatically.
You can hover to the Apps menu in your account and look for an from there. Or, you can visit our QuickBooks Apps Store for additional reference. Once you've found an app, select it and click Get app now to link to your account.
Rest assured our engineering team is always looking for ways to enhance QuickBooks to suit the business needs of our users. You'll want to submit your feedback so they can review it and might consider adding this in the future updates. I'll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
