I’d be delighted to help ensure you’re able to print your payroll reports successfully.
When printing reports in landscape orientation, make sure to select All pages in the Print Preview page. Please refer to the screenshot below:
If the error persists, let’s apply the following troubleshooting steps to ensure that this is not browser related.
- Access and print your payroll reports using an incognito or private browser. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
- If you’re able to print successfully all the pages of your reports, clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
- You can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online.
