Importing Square transactions as Delayed Charges
Hi -
I was wondering if there is a way to automatically import Square transactions as Delayed Charges, rather than as Invoices?
Thanks in advance for advice!

Thanks for posting in the Community, Julie84.
We can only import invoices via Square, transactions will be downloaded automatically as invoices and payments. Other than these transactions, we don't support them yet. I would like to attach this article: Sync Square with QuickBooks Online. It contains information that helps us to know more about it.
Please know that I am always here to assist and guide you in case you need one. I hope you're having a great day. Take care!

Thank you for the response. Do you know if there is any POS system compatible with QBO that would allow us to import as Delayed Charges?
We have both fixed recurrent charges, as well as variable charges that we need to bill monthly to a large membership, so we are trying to figure out a way to automate the entry of both charges onto a single monthly invoice. The manual entry required to use the Delayed Charge function would be incredibly time-consuming for us.
Thanks, Julie

@Julie84 Great question!
Unfortunately, QuickBooks Online does not support POS system integration.
To address your question on adding a variable charge to a recurring invoice; QuickBooks Online doesn't have a way to set up a recurring transaction that includes a variable amount on the same invoice.
