Thank you for bringing up this concern, Dan. To assist you more effectively, could you please specify which section you’re unable to see the Record Payment button in QuickBooks?
In the meantime, you can record a payment for your invoices by using the Record payment button, which can be found in several places.
First, let's go to the specific customer’s profile. Here's how:
- Go to the Customers and goals.
- Choose Customers.
- Open the specific customer’s profile.
- Look for the Record Payment button within their profile to record invoice payments.
Next, on the Invoices list page, select Get paid from the left side and choose Invoices to view your list of all invoices. Please see the screenshot below.
Finally, on the Invoice page, it is located at the top part beside Manage.
If the issue persists, try logging out and then logging back into your QuickBooks account. This can help refresh the system and resolve any temporary glitches.
