When reviewing my invoice overview, the digest shows a number of transactions as overdue. However, when I click into it, the small window shows it as paid.
How can I actually update the payment status to paid? I think it may just be a QB JS error, but can never get in touch with customer support regarding it.

Hi, Luke.
QuickBooks Online uses your browser's cache and cookies to improve performance and speed. However, these may sometimes affect how pages load or how the system functions.
To update the status of your payment method is to perform the basic trouble shooting since you’ve mentioned that the summary shows transactions as overdue, but the detailed window displays them as paid.
Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help fix the error. Here’s how:
- Click the More icon (⋮) at the top right.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Other Site Data.
- Select See All Cookies and Site Data.
- Search for "intuit" in the search bar.
- Remove all listed cookies by clicking Remove All Shown or the trash can icon.
- Restart Google Chrome to apply the changes.
Please note that these steps are performed in Google Chrome. Refer to this article for more information if you’re using a different browser: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Leave us a reply if you have further questions about QuickBooks. Have a great day.
