I am incredibly frustrated. Intuit sent a message urging us to upgrade to Windows 11 immediately for security reasons and to ensure continued use of our QB Desktop software. I hired my IT Tech to do so. Today, I was unable to log in to my QB 2021. I have been a QB customer for over 25 years and feel that the company is not adequately appreciating long-term customers, forcing us to pay an exorbitant fee. I am winding down my business and have only a few transactions remaining. Please send step-by-step instructions for getting back in for non-techies.
