I have 2 Squarespace Connector apps listed on my App Transaction page and am getting duplicate transactions from Squarespace. How do I get one to go away?

I have two of these messages on my App page: "Your Squarespace Connector by Intuit needs attention". Trying to disconnect this App doesn't do anything but tell me it's done. Trying to Update the App on the Apps page results in an error 590.
