I recognize the importance of having the option to switch back to the old layout and restore its feature to capture a signature and for the customer's name to auto-populate the invoice without having to search for it, which would make your QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience better.

- Select the Gear icon.
- Choose the Feedback option.
- Enter your feedback suggestions.
- Click Next.
Moreover, you'll have the freedom to customize your invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO using the new layout.
