I see that being able to adjust the memo line is important to you, AKA2. I've got some information regarding this.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), being able to adjust the memo line only is currently unavailable. I recommend sending feedback so that our Product Development Team can review it and may consider your suggestion.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select the Send Feedback Online option.
- Choose the Product Suggestion. You'll be displayed with a pop-up window.
- Type your feedback suggestion in the space provided.
- Click the Send Feedback button.
Furthermore, you can also create, modify, and print checks in QuickBooks Desktop.
