Printing Invoices & Statments
We are a law firm and print invoices and statements on plain white paper. What envelopes can you use? I've been in the custom forms and styles and it does not work messing around with various templates, etc. When I spoke to Quickbooks, they said the envelopes they sell only fit their pre-printed invoices. This does not make sense to me. Any ideas?

Let me help you print the invoices and statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), sflynn1972.
The option to directly print customer statements to fit for window envelopes is unavailable in QBO. This can only be done on sales forms (invoice, estimate, and sales receipt). You can check out this article for more information: How to print forms for window envelopes. As a workaround, just manually change the paper size of the statement to Envelope #10 when printing it. Let me guide you how:
- Go to the Sales menu at the left to get to the Customers page.
- Place a checkmark on the customer's name, then pick Create statements in the Batch actions drop-down.
- Click the Print or Preview option at the bottom.
- Select Print, then tick the More settings to view more options.
- Choose Envelope #10 in the Paper size drop-down.
- Once done, press Print again to complete the process.
To learn more about the printing set up using different browsers, please see this link: Print sales forms. For future reference, the following articles outline the steps on how to personalize the look on your forms:
Please know that I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other concerns or issues. I'll be more than happy to answer them. Have a wonderful day.

That does not work. It prints the statement so incredibly small that you need a magnifying glass to read it and does not fit in envelope.

With this, I recommend sending this request to our product Developers so they can consider adding this in future updates.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback under Profile.
- Enter your product comments and suggestions, then click Next to submit.
Additionally, you can check out this link to learn how to email or print multiple invoices, sales receipts, and estimates now or later in QuickBooks Online: Email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

I did call support and the woman had no clue. I knew more about the program than she did. Also, you provided a link for printing checks. I am printing invoices.

Also, there is no place to adjust the settings for how statements print. I cannot find an envelope that works. Unbelievably frustrating that QuickBooks Online does not have formatting like the desktop version.
