Congratulations on having a new company, NameUser. Let me show you how to add a new company to QuickBooks Desktop.
You can add another company file to your current QuickBooks Desktop Pro subscription without extra charges. It allows you to manage all your businesses within the same subscription and provides additional convenience at no additional cost. To create a new company within your current QuickBooks Desktop software, you can follow these steps:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- From the menu, select File and then New Company.
- Choose Express Start if you want to create a new company quickly with a simplified setup, or select Start Setup if you prefer to customize your company settings during the setup process.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your company's information, such as company name, industry, and other relevant details.
- Once you've completed the setup, you'll have a new company file within your QuickBooks Desktop software.
Furthermore, remember to ensure the appropriate licensing or subscription to create multiple company files within your QuickBooks Desktop software.
Once you've created another company file, explore this article to improve your experience with multiple company files in QuickBooks Desktop: Create a QuickBooks Desktop company file.
That should keep you going. Please tap me anytime if you have other concerns about entering company files in QuickBooks. I'd be happy to extend a helping hand.

You can manage multiple company files in QB Desktop with a single license. Any specific concern?
