Sent Invoice Details are Missing
Previously, when you open the link to an invoice that you had sent a customer, you would see the email that you sent the invoice to and the date you sent the invoice. Those details are now missing.

I understand the need to see the email information of your customer for the sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). And I recognize how valuable this feature would be for your business. I suggest submitting this request directly to our product engineers via the feedback channel.
To send feedback, follow the below steps:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
In the meantime, to view the invoice activity, you can go to the Sales menu and click the invoice. From there, you'll se the invoice activity.

Hi Mirriam - yes, I have sent numerous feedbacks in QB and also spent almost an hour on the phone with a rep and she has also opened tickets.
