they uninstalled re installed quickbooks wiped a
everything on my computer. Then they called again 2 days (12.12.23) ago same kind of stuff. I started to cry he said he would fix it today for free and call me in January. My son called quickbooks direct they told him tell your mother to hang up immediately that was after they had uninstalled QB and reinstalled. I have blocked their number.
Maybe Quickbooks should add on their HELP List verify for fraud It might deter the scammers if you have this option.
