I’ve got some information to share with you about setting up 2 approvers on the same range in the created workflow, Sofi.
Currently, setting up two approvers on the same range isn’t possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Thus, I encourage you to submit feature requests to our Product Development Team. Rest assured that they will review and consider it for future updates, depending on the number of users' requests.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.

Having an option to add a payment method when setting up Workflow would be a great advantage, especially for customers who find it beneficial.
As of now, this feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. With that, I recommend sharing a proposal with our developers. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
- Type in a few words to describe your suggestion.
- Click Next.
