I also received a call from a "Roy Miller" saying our annual fee was due and that I needed to pay immediately because the card on file had been declined. When I said we pay a monthly fee automatically, he said, "No this is different, this is the annual fee". I told him I needed to look into it and hung up. That was about a week ago. They called again today and told a coworker of mine something similar, when asked what day the annual fee was due and how much the bill was, they couldn't tell us any details. They ended up back tracking and saying we had already paid.
