Hey there, @Nate Bruns. Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

I understand the urgency of connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online to save time in updating your bank feeds.

However, when you can't connect your bank to QBO, you can still manually upload your transactions. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the drop-down button near the Link account.
  3. Select Upload from file, then choose Manually upload your transactions.
  4. Click drag and drop or select files and pick the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  6. Check the boxes on the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Click Yes.
  8. After accepting your transactions, hit Done.

Just in case you see an error message, please refer to this article to fix it when uploading transactions: Fix bank upload errors in QuickBooks Online.
