2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
3. You can use, the grayed-out print packing slip button as keywords.
4. Select No.
5. Choose a way to communicate with our team.

I was finally able to print the packing slips (from the "Customer" center) by using incognito mode. I was also having trouble simply logging into Quickbooks when not in incognito mode. I'm still very dissatisfied with the online version compared to our old desktop software. It lacks basic business functions.
