Are these folks just stupid? We pay for desktop Enterprise, and support sucks. Can't get anyone in Merchant Services to answer the phone was on hold for 1 hour & 14 minutes then got disconnected. We do somewhere between 75 to 100 invoices daily. 90% we send by email, how do we have the time in our day to wait on this Janky product? In addition, we could do 100s of checks in a Deposit on any given day. Really QB get yourself straight. It may be time to change software I just can't keep dealing with QBs, it's nothing like it used to be and if they ever end or force me to use the online software they will be fired because is just crap.
