Hello hautecreations. I'll be happy to share more info about using QuickBooks. To get started, it's important to note that you have the freedom to choose to use either QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. I recommend choosing a program that suits your business needs based on the functionality of each program. Since QBO is separate from QBDT, you'll have to manually export your data out of QBO to QBDT. Here's how to export your reports:
- Select the Settings ⚙ and then Export Data.
- On the Reports tab, set the date range.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
- Select Export to Excel.

Once you have the desired information in Excel, you can then import the data into QuickBooks Desktop.
