I need to open  company file now . I paid it already, Please help.

I try to open  exist my company file now. But it be locked. would you help?

Let me help you diagnose the issue if you can't open your company file. Please make sure to log in as an administrator. 

Let's run a QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix the error.

1. Download and install the latest QuickBooks Tool Hub.
2. Once done, open the file and select Program Problems.
3. Select Quick Fix My Program.
4. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
