I have been running desktop payroll since 2012. I am also being charged this year per employee. I have employees that put only 4-5 hours in a 2 week period. Everyone who works here is very part time. It is supplemental income to them. You're killing me with fees. Want to have them reduced. At the rate I'm being charged, I could hire someone to do payroll. Do you see my frustration?
