I appreciate you for chiming in on this discussion.
I understand how crucial it is to keep your inventory details. Don't worry. I can guide you in exporting your information from QuickBooks Commerce and importing them to QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you won't lose all your data.
I recommend that you export your data to avoid disruption to your business. You can transfer them in bulk using the Data Exporter tool. The bulk export includes the following information:
- Products
- Bundles
- Relationships
- Orders
- Invoices
- Fulfillments
- Stock Adjustments
- Stock Transfers
- Purchase Orders
To access the tool, please refer to these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Commerce account.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Settings.
- Click Data Exporter and select Export Account Data.
- You'll receive a pop-up message that the exporting has started in the background. You can refresh the page to see the export status.
- Once completed, select the export row(s) to view the list of downloaded links.
- The links to download the exported data expire seven days after the export is generated. To obtain fresh links, you can still make a new export.
For more details, please read this helpful reference: Data Exporter Guide - QuickBooks Commerce Offering Discontinuation.
When you're done exporting, you can import them into your QBO account.
