I'd be more grateful to handle this concern for you about your invoices being sent automatically to your client, @Ventss.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we don't have the feature to send invoices just after you edit them. That being the case, you'll want to double-check that each time you finish editing an invoice, ensure that you select Save and close. Because if you click Save and send, then that's the time your invoices will be sent automatically.
On the other note, it is also possible that your automatic invoice reminders are turned on. Here's how you turn them off:
- Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
- Click the Sales tab, then go to the Reminders section and select the Pencil icon to edit your preferences.
- Turn off Automatic invoice reminders by toggling the button to the left. Then, click Save.
