Quickbooks Online features not working today
I am using Quickbooks online and the 'Add a Bill', 'Create an Invoice' and 'Receive a Payment' are not bringing up a new screen when clicked. This was happening last night and also this morning. I am not able to enter bills, expenses, payments, etc.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @as_tax_matters.
I want to ensure that you can create the following transactions in your company file. Worry less. I can share with you the steps to rectify this kind of behavior. But beforehand, have you encountered an error when you're about to create any of these transactions?
In the meantime, I want you to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) on a private or incognito browser. In this setting, we can isolate your computer's cache, which commonly causes a browser’s unusual behavior.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
Then, perform the following steps again about creating the transactions in this setup. If you can successfully do the following, clear the cache in the browser to prevent this from happening again. You can also utilize another supported browser if you have one.
Furthermore, check out the following articles for your guidelines to create invoices, payments, and adding bills online:
