Its not like this issue is new if quickbooks cared they could certainly choose to fix the problem. It seems like some kind of sick backwards plan to force people into throwing their hands up and suffering with the web version despite its significant shortcomings. I know I have spent enough time on support over this issue with no progress I am done with it. Quickbooks is effectively a monopoly for small business accounting they should make a better effort to release a more reliable product instead of annual useless new releases
