Thank you for sharing what you've experienced with QuickBooks that keeps on asking for the admin password. I'd like to check this for you but I'm unable to pull up an account here in the Community forum.
I recommend you contact our QuickBooks Desktop Live Team so they can check what's on. They can also submit a request for a formal investigation when necessary.
