Bad Customer Service: Shara Jean disconnected twice for inactivity when active
On 6/30/22 while chatting in around 2:15 pm PST I reached the rep Shara Jean twice. Each time she disconnected the chat for inactivity when the chat was active--she had just never responded.
Selected to have a call back only to get a blank line after being "connected"... Twice.
Is this the kind of service we should expect from QuickBooks?

They do disconnect you if don't reply in seconds but they take minutes just to say hello, worse support I ever tried.
